Narcissos Waterpark Resort

A wonderful experience. Went there for a week at the end of August. We had a 1 bedroom apartment, it was a good size and cleaned daily. Food was very good, never the same menu at lunch and dinner. There was a different food theme each evening. There was plenty of options on the inclusive drinks including some cocktails. There was a kids disco at 8.30pm and some entertainment after that. The entertainment was not loud at any point. The waterpark was fantastic and gave my daughter hours of enjoyment. Would definitely book to go to this resort again.

We've just returned from 7 nights here and enjoyed our stay. Our room was great, which was modern, clean and a good size with great aircon and a sea view. The food was brilliant and staff are excellent who work very hard and long hours. The snack bar was also great but downsides to this hotel for us was the water park height restrictions for kids. Our 5 year old wasn't allowed to go down them as they must be 120cm tall but other kids who were maybe local and with their parents were allowed to ride the slides plus you can't swim in that pool as the picture on the Jet2 brochure suggests. Water slides were great but the main pool and baby pool could have been better and cleaner. No chance of getting a sun bed too, as towels are left out over night, making it impossible to get a couple of beds around the main pool but no problem at the water park as that closes at 5:30 and opens at 10:00am. They need to be more strict with the towels as families struggle to get a bed unless you join in. Kids entertainment lasted only 30 minutes most night, but we enjoyed the parrot show and Magic show when we joined in. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location is good, with an excellent hidden beach close by and plenty of shops. Thank you to the staff who were brilliant.

Well Situated, 5 minutes from mimosa beach which I loved and a bus stop close by, staff very friendly. We had problems getting our bin emptied I had to take 2 bags of rubbish down to reception where they told me they didn't have a bin to put it in, so took it outside myself to but in a bin that's was a week without the bin being emptied. We also were left without towels 1 day, had to go to reception where after a lengthy discussion was given towels other than that a fantastic holiday

Pluses - Close to beutiful beaches . Waiting staff very good but everyone else performance minimal. On arrival made a point of pointing out rules re towels on loungers and pool safety but not enforced. Food good choices but a lot of what didn't get eaten on the day was rehashed for next meal. Checkout chaos 6 lockers to cover 6 flights checking out.would not go back

The hotel is very well equipped for all ages this was our 5th time at the hotel! Each time we have been we have seen many changes to improve so many things ! The bar has changed location, the entertainment has had significant change Callum is amazing his interaction with the guests staying and made such a difference to our stay this time so friendly just what you need. Food was different each day fresh and very tasty. The staff in all departments were very friendly and efficient, we meet families that had returned the same as us several times. Would recommend this hotel/Waterpark the only negative I Could say is maybe they need to increase the amount of shower facilities when you have to wait for later flights and want shower before your flight home otherwise amazing hotel to stay at .

Narcissos is a great hotel to stay at if your staying Cyprus and want a easy location that allows you to visit the various sites and beaches. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Always greeted with a smile and an offering of help. The hotel managers were kind and ran the hotel well. They dealt with customers well and always provided help if needed. The hotel had a vast range of food and drinks which tasted good and you could tell they put love into it. The workers never looked bored, annoyed or grumpy. The water slides made the hotel kid friendly and the whole hotel was very clean and tidy. Any complaints I had the staff dealt with it in a fast manner and the problem was resolved. I loved my stay

We have just arrived back from Narcissos..we went with our two little girls, and we all loved it here. Big selection of different foods everyday for everyone, lots of drinks selection for little people and adults and is kept very clean and tidy ! Cleaners on a couple of days left rubbish in our family room but we weren't too fussed as we didn't spend much time there anyway. But don't look too much at the negative reviews, we all loved it and will be returning next year.
